Formerly known as the Tenderton Arms public house the building was purchased with a view to obtain planning permission for commercial and residential use to include 4 Commercial units and 9 residential properties.  Purchased in 2010, planning permission was granted to demolish the public house and transform this corner plot with the approved plans.
